Pumpkin spice, done properly
Real roasted pumpkin, freshly ground spices, and absolutely no syrup. Our autumn special is back for the season.

We know, we know. Pumpkin spice has a reputation. But when you roast real sugar pumpkins until they caramelize and grind cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and ginger the same morning, it tastes like a completely different thing.

What goes in
The pumpkin goes into the dough itself, which gives the crumb a gorgeous amber color and a soft, almost custardy texture. The glaze is a brown sugar and spice blend finished with a pinch of flaky salt.
It pairs beautifully with a hot oat-milk latte or, if you ask us, a plain black filter coffee. Available every day through the end of November while pumpkins last.
